Production Line Leader

About the role

The successful candidate will need to understand Production Lines & ensure that Productivity remains a focus.

They will be responsible for sections of the production line - including moving staff as required to maximise efficiency

They will be shown how to operate different machinery - including bagging machines

The successful candidate will need to adhere to, and enforce QA & OH&S Standards - as required

There will be some forklift work involved & licenses will be provided.

Working in a family owned & operated business with a close team.

Working with the family to ensure workers are working correctly, safely & efficiently.

Based in Gol Gol - and close to Mildura, means country living with a large regional town only 5 minutes away

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not critical.

Ability to work under pressure is a must.
